DESCRIPTION:This agency offers an array of services that include financial assistance, counseling, hot meals, food pantry, transitional housing, and more.
ELIGIBILITY:Financial assistance: must have eviction or disconnect notice; must have verifiable emergency situation and able to be stable after receiving assistance; do not assist those receiving housing subsidy
All other services: low income individuals; families (individuals must attend to financial classes for financial assistance)
DOCUMENTS:Application form, eviction notice, picture ID/driver license, proof of income, social security card, utility cut-off notice (only application required to receive basic services)
